How long does it take to ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that once orders have been sent out, they are now in the hands of the postal service. Please contact the appropriate postal service if your package has been lost or stolen. We are not liable for late or missing packages. NO EXCEPTIONS, WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. REFUNDS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain items, such as used lash trays, opened glue/remover/bonder, and used tweezers, cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Please contact us if you want to exchange an unopened/unused item within 14 days. By Instagram direct message or email. For online purchases, you will be responsible for the cost of the return label, which will be sent to you via email once we receive the item back. We will then ship the new item to you.

Refunds
All purchases are final. No refunds.

Order issue or missing item
Please inform customer support if you believe your order was delivered incorrectly or if an item is missing immediately so that we can help you. Every Monday through Friday, we send packages out, and the expense of shipping is on us.

Terms and Conditions
By accepting the terms and conditions, you certify that the credit card details you supplied are accurate and yours. You also acknowledge that you will contact customer support through email as soon as possible if you have not received your item or are dissatisfied with it so that we may help you. You agree that this purchase is NOT fraudulent, which means you cannot report it to your bank as fraudulent.
